Users & Groups

With Inugo, your parkers are not anonymous. We can batch users, based on common characteristics such as applicable rates, access rights and for tracking, into groups.

Key Terms

User

A user can either refer to a parker that is not anonymous or a person who has a user login to the customer management portal.

Group

A group is a number of users that are marked as having common characteristics for payment, access and reporting requirements. 

Public

Public refers to spaces, groups and rates that are available to the public. Public is the default group for a user, unless they are allocated to a pre-configured specified group. 

Private/ Restricted

A space, rate or group that is private or restricted means that its settings are configured to specified groups in the customer management portal. 

Account

An account is an entity that can manage a space and a group that it is associated with. An account can have an account owner, who can log to the customer management portal to manage the account.
