How to update terms and conditions?

Terms and conditions appear on a user's app and serve to provide any necessary information to users or potential customers about parking at your site.

When the terms and conditions field is left empty, a default message of "Terms and conditions for this parking facility are displayed at the site." will show in the app

Process

  1. Log into the customer management portal and select site settings in the left menu.

  2. Search and select the site you want to update.

  3. Click the down arrow under the heading terms and conditions.

  4. click on the text box and enter your terms and conditions.

  5. Scroll to the bottom to the page and select update site settings to complete the process.
