How to understand the transient dashboard
The transient dashboard gives you an overview of transient, permitted and unpermitted sessions.
Views
There are 3 views that you can select in the top menu.
Sessions
Paid transient sessions in a list
Permitted
Either whitelisted or group members with sessioned access that have been permitted onto the site.
Unpermitted
Where LPR is in place, these will be the users that are not using inugo on the site. They might be pulling a ticket or using an alternative access method such as a swipe card.

How do I use filters on the transient dashboards?
You can customize the results you can view by editing the filters at the top of the page. You can choose to select site by site, or extract a consolidated report of session across all sites. Use the date selector to set the date range of your report. This will filter the session start date.
You can filter by all, active or closed sessions.

What do the totals on the sessions dashboard mean?
The top of the revenue page contains a total summary based on your set filters.
This table shows you what these mean:
Name | Description |
Current inugo sessions | The number of open sessions that have been facilitated by Inugo. |
Total sessions | The total number of sessions based on the date range that have been facilitated by Inugo. |
Total charged | The total parking charges that have been applied in the date range. |
What do the column names in the sessions report mean?
Name | Description |
Active | if the session is currently open. |
Booking | If the session is a booking |
Source | If the session is app or web pay |
User | The user associated with the session |
Plate | The plate that is associated with the session. |
Site | The site that the session is on. |
Start time | The date and time that the session started. |
End time | The date and time that the session ended. |
Expiry time | The date and the time that the session expires. |
Duration | The current duration for active sessions or the actual duration for closed sessions. |
Fee | You can load the current fee for an active session by selecting load fee, for closed sessions, you will see the actual charge. |

Name | Description |
Status | The status of the session, will be active if the session is currently open, or closed if the session has completed. |
User | The user associated with the session |
Plate | The plate that is associated with the session. |
Site | The site that the session is on. |
Lane & gate | The entrance that was used. |
Start time | The date and time that the session started. |
End time | The date and time that the session ended. |
Duration | The current duration for active sessions or the actual duration for closed sessions. |
Reason | The reason the parker is permitted to enter. Either because they are whitelisted or a member of a group with access to the site. |

Name | Description |
Status | The status of the session, will be active if the session is currently open, or closed if the session has completed. |
