How to understand the search dashboard
The search dashboard is the place for you to search for users or parking sessions.
You must have the super admin, client admin, site admin or customer service role to see the search function.
Find Transactions
Search
You can find transactions across the app and scan to pay. You can find the transaction by searching either their:
email
plate
transaction ID
Results
you see a list of transactions and the transaction details. These are split between parking sessions and bookings. They are sorted from most recent.
Transient sessions appear above bookings. To see the results for bookings, scroll to the bottom of the page.
What activities can I do from the users dashboard?
See the session details by clicking the ellipse on the transaction details. This will take you to a page to refund the transaction.
What do the headings mean on the vehicles dashboard?
Heading | Description |

Site name | The site that the transaction was completed on |
Start time | The start time of the session |
End time | The end time of the session |
Plate | The plate associated to the session |
Amount | The amount charged for the session |

See the user’s details by clicking the ellipse on the user details.

Country | The country the plate is associated to |
State | The state the plate is associated to |
ANPR enabled | If the user has opted their plate in for LPR use, a pick will show. This should be turned on to enable automatic sessions and gate lifting. |
Make | Vehicle make if known |

type | Vehicle type if known |
