How to understand the activity dashboard

The activity dashboard is the place for you to see all hardware interactions on a site.

How do I use filters on the activity dashboard?

You can filter by site by selecting the all site drop down, or show a consolidated view of all sites by selecting all sites. You can choose the date slider to update the date that the activity was triggered. This will update the results in the view.

What activities can I do from the activity dashboard?

You can view the image of the interaction by clicking the ellipse next to the activity and selecting view image. You can manually open the gate and you can download the current page of activities.

What do the totals mean on the activity dashboard?

This shows the total number of interactions in the period based on the filters you have set.

What do the headings mean on the activity dashboard?

Heading

Description

User

The user that triggered the action. If the user is not registered in Inugo, they are listed as Unknown.

Site

The site that the action was triggered on

Lan & Gate

The lane and the gate that the action was triggered on

Triggered at

The time and date that the activity was triggered

Plate

The license plate that triggered the activity

Interaction type

This will list what interaction was triggered.
Actions include

ANPR Entry opening

ANPR Exit opening

Start parking session

Exit parking session

ANPR Sessionless opening

Outcome

This will state the outcome of the trigger. For example, if the user was know and they access was permitted, this would be Gate Opened. If the user was unknown and lifting is not authorised to unknown users, this would be gate did not open - unknown user.

Device ID

The ID of the device that was triggered

Opening delay (ms)

The time taken in MS for the open to be triggered

Client delay (ms)

The time take in MS for the client to react
