Search for the user’s email address.
Click the ellipse “...” on the user result, and choose more info.
Under sessions, find the session you would like to refund.
Click the ellipse “...” on the session, and choose transaction details.
Under transaction history, click the ellipse “...” for the payment and choose refund.

Frequent queries
Where do you see refunds in the customer management portal?
Refunds are shown on the revenue page.
What is the difference between a refund and a validation?
A refund is categorized separately to validation in the revenue page. A refund is where a customer has paid and then receives the full or partial amount of their charge refunded to them. A validation is where a session is updated and the parker is not charged the public rate.
Can I give a partial refund to a customer?
Inugo does facilitate a partial refund. When a refund is being made, you may choose the amount to refund to the customer. If you do not like this method, as an alternative, we suggest that you create promotion codes in our Unhappy Parker Kit as a form of supplying parkers with a partial credit which can be applied on their next session. For more information see the guide on promotions.
Can I give a credit to a customer in place of a refund?
You cannot add credit for a parker in the customer management portal, however you can send the customer a promocode to add to the promotion code wallet. We recommend that you create promotion codes in our Unhappy Parker Kit as a form of supplying parkers with credit on their next session. For more information see the guide on promotions.
How can I view information about a refund?
You can see who initiated a refund and the reason for the refund by clicking the ellipse ‘..’ on the refund in the revenue page and selecting view refund. Users need the customer service permission to be able to issue refunds from the management platform.
