How to monitor occupancy in space management
Space management allows you to segment your site into sections. You are able to view the occupancy of these sections in the space management dashboard.
Process
Log into the customer management portal and select space management in the left menu.
Select spaces in the top menu.
What do the totals mean in the space management dashboard?
Total | Definition |

Total parking spaces | The total number of parking spaces on the selected sites as configured under the sites. |
Total public spaces | the total number of parking spaces available to the public to book |
Total private spaces | The total number of parking spaces in space blocks available to book. |
Total transient spaces | The number of available public spaces. This will be the sum of total available spaces, minus the number of current bookings and minus as marked spaces. i.e., if you create a space with reserved signs, the number of parking spaces in that space block will be subtracted from this total. |
