How to import promotions
Inugo supports the ability to bulk upload promotion codes using a .csv file.
Process
Log into the customer management portal and select validation from the left menu.
Select promotions in the top menu.
Select import promotions.
Download the csv templates
Fill in the csv template
Upload the completed csv template
Select the sites that the promotion should be available on.
Select Import.
Frequent queries
Why is my import not working?
You will be able to see the reason for your import not working in the results tab. For example, your promotion codes might already be in use.
