How to create an event pass group

Event Pass Groups allow you to assign the group to an event series so that Event Passes can be created for the group.

Please contact support@inugo.com for training before using this feature.
This option will not be available to you until it has been enabled by Inugo on your account.

Process

1. Log into the customer management portal and select permissions from the left side menu.

2. In the top bar options, select groups.

3. Select Create group.

4. Set the group to issue event passes for customers by toggling the “Event Pass” setting on.

   1. Optional - Enable Allow Whitelisted Plates
      Allow event passes to be issued to plates by toggling this setting on.

5. Select the sites that the rules of the group and its users apply to. 
   Select the space block for the site that the user/plates event pass group’s access should set their occupancy to.
