How to create a booking rate for an event
Please note that event rates should be loaded into the system as early as possible. All bookings that have been made for the day of an event that were made before the event rate was created will have been charged at the default booking rate.
Process
The current daily & hourly booking rate will need to be edited to set the availability end date to the day before the event.
Create a new booking rate that just covers the single day/hours of the event.
A copy of the original daily/hourly booking rate needs to be created, and made available for the day after the event, no availability end date is required.
Alternatively, you can edit the exiting booking rates to have the end date the day/hour prior to the event and use a transient event rate rather than an event booking rate. You can then edit the availability dates of the original booking after the event day.
