How to configure ANPR (LPR) settings on a site
This setting can only be configured on gated sites. The settings panel will only appear once ANPR support has been toggled green in the site configuration.
Process
Log into the customer management portal and select site settings in the left menu.
Search and select the site you want to update.
Click the down arrow under the heading ANPR.
Use the below table to understand what the setting in the confirmation mean.
to save your changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and select update site settings.

user proximity detection | Toggle green if you want to enable 2 factor authentication on a gated site. This setting means that both an approved plate and the users phone that is logged into the app need to be at the gate to enable entry. This is used for high security access. The user must have enabled location services to run in the background on their phone. |
Distance from site | Set the allowed distance from the site that a user can be. |
Entry permit expiry | Set the allowed period of entry from confirming plate and user. |
Entry notifications | Toggle green to enable a notification on entry for transient sessions. |
