to save your changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and select update site settings.
Setting name | Description |
|---|---|
Total parking spaces | This is used to determine how many spaces can be allocated in space management to different space blocks. If no space blocks are set aside for private parking, then this is the number of available public parking spaces. If private space blocks are configured, then the number of available public spaces is this number minus the private space block. |
Site type | Indicate if the site is gated or ungated |
Public | Toggle green if public parking is permitted on the site. |
Transient parking | Toggle green if transient parking is permitted on the site. This means that parkers do not need to pre-reserve their parking. |
Bookings | Toggle green if bookings/reservations are permitted on the site. This means that a parker can pre-arrange their parking and pay in advance. |
ANPR Pay After Exit | Toggle green if users can claim their plate and pay after exit in the app. If not selected the default setting is pay on entry. |
ANPR Pay on Exit | Toggle green if transient users pay on exit, triggered by their plate being read by an exit camera. If not selected the default setting is pay on entry. |
ANPR Pay automatically | Enable automatic gate lift payment on a site. |
Sessionless Access | Toggle to green if the site is enabled for sessionless access. This means that a parker does not need to be in a session to be granted access. This is typically used for non-parking sites or on private parking sites. |
Session Start/Stop | Toggle to green if you are using Pay on Exit, Pay after Exit and/or Pay Automatically sessions on the site |
Session Expiry | Toggle to green if you want sessions to expire without parker stopping session. Session expires at the time that is set when they start the session. Used on ungated sites. |
Deactivated | Toggle green if the site is no longer active and should be removed from the app. |
Private Access Groups | You can add groups that have access to the site here, otherwise you can edit the group’s configuration to add in the site. If you already have the group pre-configured, we recommend editing on the site configuration for ease. The settings for the group will apply such as rates and hours. |
Email template | The email templates that are used in transactional emails. These are configured in the private label process. |
Validation | Toggle green if validation is enabled on your site. This will make your site visible when a new validation beacon is configured. |
Validation Discount Stacking | Toggle green if multiple validations (stacking) is enabled on your site. The validation beacons that have access to the site each need to configured to allow stacking to enable a stacked validation discount. |
Outstanding balance expiry (mins) | Toggle green to enable an outstanding balance to be removed from a client. Traditionally used when a citation is issued in the place of a retried payment. If used, we recommend 72 hours (4320 mins). |
Session open reminder (mins) | Toggle green to enable session open reminders to parkers. This will send a notification to a parker that their session is still open. If used, we recommend 12 hours (720 mins). |
Automatic close session | Toggle green if you want to end sessions automatically at the session end time, rather than a parker closing their session. As an example, in a surface lot, if a parker pre-pays for an hour, the session will close at an hour. The session does not remain open until the parker sets end session. |
Auto lane detection | |
Offline openings | Toggle green if you want to allow gates to open in an offline setting. The camera will only open to plates that were approved prior to the camera going offline. (recommended) |
ANPR support | Toggle to green if the site has Inugo LPR enabled. See ANPR settings for more information about configuring your license plate recognition camera settings. This setting is only configurable on gated sites. |
