How to add an external booking
If you use an alternative booking engine, but want to add external bookings to the inugo platform to facilitate access or to add to a unified occupancy view, you can add the booking to inugo manually using the add external booking function.
Process
log into the customer management portal and select bookings from the left menu.
select add booking.
Firstly, select the space that the booking will be on.
Add the email address of the user.
Add the plate associated with the booking.
Add in the start and end date of the booking.
You can choose to notify a user. If you select yes, the user will be sent an email to let them know their booking has been added to the app.
Select add booking to complete the process.
