What is event pass check in?
Event pass check in is a feature available in the Inugo mobile app. You must have the site attendant permission to see the paage in the app. This page allows you to check in users who have been issued event passes and to manually check in/create event passes for users.
This allows you to ensure users have access to an event before letting them through, as well as the ability to issue event passes to VIPs and special guests when they arrive at the start of the event.
How do I get access to event pass check in?
You can raise a support request with Inugo to be given access to the Site Attendant permission, or the admin of your Inugo account can provide you with this access.
How do I check in an event pass?
You just need to open the check in page within the Inugo app, select the location and event you are checking in, then scan the event pass the customer has been issued. This can be scanned from the invitation email they received or from their event pass in the app if they have accepted the invitation.
How do I manually check someone in?
You just need to open the check in page within the Inugo app, select the location and event you are checking in, then open the manual check in page and select a group and plate to check in.
