Events

An event is a specific period of time that has it’s own rates. Events are grouped by an Event series. This can be anything from a series of concerts, a season of sporting games or a conference.

You need to have the event management permission to update or add events in the customer management portal.

Setting up an event series

When you add a new event series, you should consider what other aspects of the parking operation you will need to configure before the events are active.

4. Create the event rates

   1. Transient rates

   2. Booking rates

   3. Group rates

5. Create space blocks on the site

6. Create rates

   2. Booking configuration

7. Upload event passes

8. Generate signage
